Notice to all BO Account Holders
The Company has requested all BO Account holders to pay their annual maintenance fee’s for the year 2019-20 immediately to keep the BO Accounts active.
The Company has requested the BO Account holders to update their respective BO Accounts with 12 digits e-TIN and any other changes in the particulars through their DP and the Shareholders bearing Folio Numbers are requested to submit their e-TIN certificate to the share department of the company before the Record Date, failing of which Income Tax will be deducted at source @ 15% instead of 10% from cash dividend as per Income Tax Ordinance, 1984.
