Nouvelle Securities Ltd., (NSL) is incorporated under the Companies Act, 1994 (Act XVIII of 1994) having been involved with the capital market of Bangladesh since 1983 under the dynamic guidance & leadership of Mr. A. M. M. Iqbal Ali.

Over the last 37 years, NSL have been recognized as a professional brokerage house in the capital market of Bangladesh with strict adherance and compliance to BSEC rules & regulation.

Mr. Ali became the first Managing Director of NSL when the membership was incorporated as a private limited company on September 15, 2005.
